"No Tooling" has no error checking - that means what you get is what you send. An extra editing fee is required for any design change, such as clipping silkscreen, combining multiple gerber layers, etc...
"No Tooling" jobs are 4 point routed, ie a simple rectangle. Multi-board arrays of up to 6 boards would be tabbed to each other for an extra $50. Higher route charges are needed (usually double route charge) for panels with a large number of boards or odd profiles.
Unplated cutouts, slots, non-round holes, and holes larger then 0.187" can be done for an extra charge of $50.00. Plated cutouts can only be done under regular service.
Going beyond std specs, such as 2 silkscreens, 2 Oz Cu, etc... is not possible.
An extra editing fee is required for any changes you ask us to make to your design.
And there is still more!
Receive a credit of $50.00 for 2 layer and $100.00 for 4 layer on the cost of production tooling at Omni
if there are no layout changes and the production order is placed within
30 days of the No Tooling order.
